Similar to business coaching but with even less regulation and more crystals. The specific situations where professional coaching genuinely helps (career transitions, accountability, goal clarification) versus the situations where therapy is what you actually need and a life coach is an expensive substitute. Credentials matter because the barrier to entry is essentially a website.
